EVA Support™ provides efficient, targeted assistance for clients who need help with specific tasks but not full event strategy or coordination.
Task-Oriented: Focuses on expertly handling and completing essential tasks that support successful events and experiences. Specific, task-based assistance for event logistics and execution is provided. Additional, time can be allocated for planning and strategy, research, strategy review, creative consultations, and other planning advise.
Logistical support: Provides logistical support such as scheduling, vendor coordination, and guest communication, primarily using content provided. Additional time can be allocated to allow for strategic advice, input, or solutions.
Virtual & Flexible: Perfect for clients who need remote support for event-specific tasks without full event management, as all services are provided virtually.
Optional Day-of Coordination or Management: As an EVA support™ client, you will have the option to add does on-site or day-of event coordination or management,
Time-Saving and Focused: Saves you time by managing administrative tasks, freeing time for you to focus on the bigger picture of your event.
